This is the yearly surplus auction for the New Mexico Department of Public Safety (NM DPS) and others. This sale includes vehicles, pickups, trucks, vans, suvs, boats, trailers, heavy equipment, office equipment, office furniture, computers and electronics. Open to the public.

Auction Terms & Conditions TERMS OF SALE:
1). SETTLEMENT: Full settlement shall be made on the day of the sale, regardless of when it is removed.
2). NO WARRANTIES: Everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," "IN PLACE," & "WITH ALL FAULTS".
3). REMOVAL: Every effort is made to "guard" merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes soley responsible for all items purchased by him immediately following his winning bid. Therefore, he is advised to further guard his items at his own discretion.
4). SALES TAX: Sales tax will be collected unless you execute a Certificate of Resale with your tax number before purchasing.
5). INJURY: Bidder agrees to hold Owner and the Auctioneer harmless for any personal injury to himself or his agents, and any property damage incurred on sale premises.
6.) ALL ANNOUNCEMENTS: Made sale day supersede any and all previous written or oral announcements. We are commission agents only.
